Please keep in mind that while every kid will want to put these on every day they are not as supportive as typical athletic sneakers. The soles light up with foot pressure via disposable batteries. They can not be charged and should avoid wet grounds. When the lights go out your child will still be able to fly but, beware they may get lost in the dark!
